LoadONE HK Limited was incorporated in 2011 originally established as an international eCommerce CRM management system provider. In 2013 the Principal changed the focus of the company from a technology service provider, to Consulting services, focusing on corporate compliance, company formations and other specialized fiduciary support services in both Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Business Solutions
Today the company has Hong Kong office presence in both Central CBD and on Lantau Island in Pui O. We also have an office presence in Metro Manila providing similar services to the Philippine business markets.
In Hong Kong we provide consultancy on establishing business in Hong Kong, outsourcing fiduciary services (Company Secretarial, bookkeeping/ audit, and compliance issues, opening corporate bank accounts.
We have significant experience in Data Centre/IT related and telecom services. Other advisory and support services include, Business Contracts, Visas, APEC cards, Marriage in HK – moving to HK general business advice etc. Nominee Directorships.
In the Philippines we have established similar corporate consulting services to those of Hong Kong which additionally include, Business Process Outsource (BPO)/ Call center advisory services, Retirement Visas, real estate planning and general Philippine business advice.
